Eccovi allora una mappa e una descrizione del percorso che seguiremo nei prossimi mesi, terremo questo blog aggiornato di volta in volta, quindi rimanete sintonizzati!
We will be following the below route:
- Buenos Aires Argentina. One week of learning Tango and walking around through the Paris of South America
- After Buenos Aires we will continue to El Calafate, the Argentinian part of Patagonia to see some glaciers and doing some good hikes
- Further we will fly to Ushuaia (Argentinias most southern city) where we will continue hiking
- From Ushuaia we take a boat across the Beagle channel to Chile, Puerto Williams to hike part of the “Dientes de Navarino” world’s most southern hiking trail!
- After having finished the most southern part of the trip we will continue on to the hiking mekka: Torres Del Paine
- We will fly to Puerto Montt for some good vulcano climbing and the spa’s (some relaxation after all this walking/camping)
- Having seen enough of the wilderness in the south we will move to the city: Santiago de Chile
- Continuing to the Saltflats in the north of Chile/south of Bolivia we will take a 4 day tour from Chile to Bolivia.
- Bolivia, going via Lake Titicaca to Peru
- The last hike of the trip: The Inca Trail, in three days we will walk past all the Inca treasures and finally end in Machu Picchu. Making a stop in the Colca Canyon and Arequipa (New year’s!)
- Lima, the Capital of Peru, here we will only hop by on our way to…
- Equador, we will see Quito and the equator, never been on the equator before and we are wondering if the water really does spin in the other direction on the other half of the world!
- Galapagos Islands, no introduction needed, many animals and (hopefully) nice and warm weather
- Some more holiday fun, beach and warmth in Aruba
- A bit more culture on Curacao
- Surinam, this does need an introduction: former colony of the Netherlands. We wanted to see this as it has had (and to this day still has) quite some influence on Dutch culture, typical tasty Surinam food is popular in the Netherlands!
Il percorso sarà più o meno il seguente:
- Buenos Aires, Argentina. Una settimana per imparare il Tango e camminare per la Parigi del Sud America
- Dopo Buenos Aires continueremo verso El Calafate, la parte argentina della Patagonia per vedere alcuni ghiacciai e fare delle belle escursioni
- Inoltre voleremo a Ushuaia (la città più a sud dell’Argentina) dove continueremo le escursioni
- Da Ushuaia prenderemo una barca attraversando il canale di Beagle verso il Cile, a Puerto Williams, per una parte del sentiero escursionistico più meridionale del mondo “Dientes de Navarino”!
- Dopo aver terminato la parte più meridionale del viaggio, continueremo con la Mecca escursionistica: Torres Del Paine
- Voleremo a Puerto Montt per una buona scalata sul vulcano e le terme (un po ‘di relax dopo tutto questo camminare / campeggio)
- Dopo aver vissuto nella solitudine della Patagonia, ci trasferiremo in città: Santiago del Cile
- Continuando ale distese di sale nel nord del Cile / sud della Bolivia faremo un tour di 4 giorni dal Cile alla Bolivia.
- Bolivia, passando per il Lago Titicaca in Perù
- L’ultima escursione del viaggio: Il sentiero Inca, in tre giorni passeremo davanti a tutti i tesori Inca e alla fine termineremo a Machu Picchu. Faremo poi una sosta nel Canyon del Colca e Arequipa (Capodanno!)
- Lima, la capitale del Perù, qui ci passiamo solo sulla strada per …
- Equador, vedremo Quito e l’equatore, non siamo mai stati sull’equatore e ci chiediamo se l’acqua ruoti davvero nell’altra direzione nell’altra metà del mondo!
- Isole Galapagos, nessuna introduzione necessaria, molti animali e (si spera) bel tempo e caldo
- Ancora più divertimento in vacanza, spiaggia e calore ad Aruba
- Un po ‘più di cultura a Curaçao
- Suriname, questo ha bisogno di un’introduzione: ex colonia dei Paesi Bassi. Volevamo vedere questo paese siccome ha avuto (e fino ad oggi ha ancora) una certa influenza sulla cultura olandese, il tipico cibo gustoso del Suriname è molto popolare nei Paesi Bassi!
